Welcome to our Beach House which is located in beautiful
Sea Isle City, New Jersey. The house is located at 222 79th Street. The house was constructed in the year 2000 and is two
and half blocks from the beach and a half block away from the bay. The house is three stories which are described as follows:
First
Floor: Full size garage which can hold two cars and has enough storage space for vacation items including: bikes, beach chairs
and all types of childrens toys.
Second Floor: Three bedrooms including a master bedroom which has a full size bathroom
and an outside deck off of the front of the house. There is another full size bathroom at the end of the hall. The washer
and dryer are located on this floor along with a storage closet.
Third Floor: The kitchen, living room and dinning
room are located on this level. There are outside decks off of the front and rear of the house with fantastic views of the
bay. There is another master bedroom on this floor with a full size bathroom. Also, there is a powder room off of the living
room. There is a gas fireplace along with a queen size sleeper sofa on this floor.
There is an outside shower located
in the rear of the house on the ground level along with a hose on the side of the house.
At the end of the street there
are benches located on the bay to watch the sunset. Also, fishing and crabbing is allowed there too!
